Film Trivia
- The filmmakers used a live feed from Waterloo Station's CCTV cameras to add extra realism to the film. Unfortunately the crew were unable to shut down the station while filming so pedestrians can be seen looking and pointing at the camera.
- While filming in Tangiers the crew had to shut down the busiest square in the city. In some scenes an irritated crowd of people can be seen, who were not aware of the closure.
- Bill Clinton and Nelson Mandela autobiographies can be seen on a shelf in Vosen's (David Strathairn) office.
- The opening scene of the film was shot in Berlin but is supposed to be Moscow. Fake snow was made from paper and foam. It took over five hours to cover the entire set.
- Jason Bourne never smiles in this movie.
