• Unlike the James Bond franchise, all of the devices that Jason Bourne uses are real and can be easily bought by the public.
• Matt Damon accidentally knocked out Tim Griffin, who plays John Nevins, during the scene where they fight after Bourne is captured.
• Director Paul Greengrass used handheld cameras to give this movie a gritty, documentary-style appearance.
• This film was made with no intention of making a third one. The final scene was supposed to give Jason Bourne some closure and properly end the series.
