FBI Agents Bill Pullman and Julia Ormond try to catch a serial killer by interviewing three of his would-be victims. A cop, a junkie and a young girl reveal details about what they know, but soon find that uncovering the truth can come at a very big cost.

• The director of this film, Jennifer Chambers Lynch, is the daughter of cult director David Lynch. David Lynch was also the executive producer on this film.
• According to Jennifer Chambers Lynch, this film was originally about witches.
• Billy Burke was originally going to play the part of Sam Hallaway, but days before filming began he dropped out of the film. Lynch family friend Bill Pullman then stepped in to replace him.
• Kent Harper, who stars as the cop Jack Bennet, also co-wrote this film.
