14-year-old Hayley (Ellen Page) agrees to meet an older man (Patrick Wilson) she met on the internet. But when she arrives at his house the roles of victim and tormentor become reversed. Co stars Sandra Oh.

• Producer David Higgins came up with the idea for this story. He was inspired by a news article about young girls in Japan who would entice older men over the internet, only to beat them up and mug them.
• Ellen Page was nearly passed over for the role of Hayley because during her audition she had a shaved head.
• Patrick Wilson passed out while filming the surgery scene.
• This marks the feature film debut for British director David Slade. Better known for directing music videos, he went on to direct the horror film 30 Days Of Night.
• Sandra Oh agreed to be in this film because of her friendship with Ellen Page.
