1. The competition will close on 5th December 2009 at 6AM.

2. This competition is open to all residents of the UK over the age of 18, except employees of FilmFlex Movies Ltd, Virgin Media Ltd, E1 Entertainment and their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected to this competition.

3. By entering, all eligible entrants agree to abide by each and all these General Rules. FilmFlex Movies Ltd reserves the right, with or without cause, to exclude entrants and withhold prizes for violating any of these General Rules.

4. The prize is one of two Damage posters signed by Steve Austin.

5. The winner for the competition will be selected at random.

6. The judge’s decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.

7. FilmFlex Movies Ltd will not be liable for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit or prohibit an entrant’s ability to participate in the Competition.

8. The winner will be notified by e-mail or post within 14 days from the draw date. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during this time. If the winner cannot be contacted before this time, the promoter reserves the right to re-draw a winner from the correct entries which were received before the closing date as specified at entry.

9. By entering, any subsequent prize winners agree to allow the free use of their names, photographs and locations for publicity and news purposes during this and future promotions by FilmFlex Movies.
